Cancellation & Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the of booking -

• $30 deposit for lash and brow services

• $100 deposit for PMU services

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

• No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit and may require full payment before rebooking.
